Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Yes, you can. Just indicate at checkout that your billing and shipping address are different and enter an additional address.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

You will of course receive a full invoice from us with any VAT deducted. The invoice will be sent to you by email and should arrive in your mailbox within 30 minutes. If you can't find it there, don't worry: just send us a short e-mail to shop@1komma8.com. You will receive a new invoice from us as soon as possible.
Sometimes our email with your invoice ends up in the spam folder, if your email provider has mistakenly classified us as advertising (for Gmail users, the mail may also be in the 'Advertising' or 'Notifications' folder). You can then mark our mail as 'Not Spam', then it will end up in the correct folder next time.

For environmental reasons, we refrain from including a printed invoice in the package.

I have not received an order confirmation email

If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail from us, please contact us by e-mail at shop@1komma8.com. We will send you your order confirmation as soon as possible. Sometimes our confirmation email may also end up in your spam folder if your email provider has mistakenly classified us as advertising (for Gmail users, the email may also be in the "Advertising" or "Notifications" folder). You can mark our mail as 'Not Spam', then it will end up in the right folder next time.

Do I need a customer account to order?

No, you can also order without a customer account. However, a customer account offers you the advantage that you do not have to re-enter your address data every time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Of course you can - but only as long as we have not yet shipped your order. We ship as soon as possible, at the latest within 4 business days. So if you want to cancel or change something, let us know as soon as possible.

How can I place an order?

Simply add the selected product to the shopping cart by clicking on the button "add to cart". You can still adjust the desired quantity during the payment process. You do not need a customer account to buy our products.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer the following payment methods:

  • PAYPAL
  • KLARNA (invoice, installment purchase + instant bank transfer)
  • CREDIT CARDS: VISA/MASTERCARD/MAESTRO
  • APPLE PAY
  • SEPA TRANSFER

 

PAYPAL
When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website at the end of the order process. There you can log in with your PayPal account information and confirm the payment. When paying via PayPal, the invoice amount will be collected immediately after receipt of order.

 

PAYPAL pay without account as a guest

After you have selected the payment method "PayPal", you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Under the login field you will find "pay with credit card". Click on it, do not log in and another field opens and now you can select direct debit. Finally, you only have to enter your bank details. As a guest you can pay with PayPal up to a total amount of 1.500,00 EUR without opening an account.

 

KLARNA Invoice

To be paid directly to Klarna within 14 days from the date of invoice. The invoice will be issued upon shipment of the goods and sent by e-mail. The Klarna terms and conditions can be found here.

 

KLARNA instant bank transfer

With Klarna Sofort you simply complete your order with your online banking data. Immediately afterwards you will receive a transaction confirmation. You can find the Klarna terms and conditions here.

 

KLARNA installment plan

Here's how it works: When paying, select the "Pay in installments" option, then choose the payment plan that suits you. Follow the steps and enter your data. You will immediately know if your installment purchase can be approved. After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from Klarna with your payment plan. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

If you pay by credit card, the invoice amount will be collected by our service provider Mollie B.V. immediately after receipt of order.

 

APPLE PAY

When checking out with Apple Pay, you don't need to manually enter credit card information or a shipping address. You simply tap the Apple Pay button and scan your fingerprint or verify yourself via Face ID. Apple Pay provides the appropriate information to the payment processor. The credit card information is stored in your Apple Wallet. The invoice amount is debited immediately after receipt of the order.

 

SEPA DIRECT DEBIT

In addition to the instant transfer through KLARNA, we also offer you the classic SEPA direct debit. Your account will be debited immediately after receipt of your order.

Can I pay for my order in installments?

Klarna allows you to pay in installments. There you can pay your order in monthly installments of 1/24 of the total amount or at the conditions specified in the check-out. Klarna debits the due amounts (installments) at the end of the month and sends you a monthly invoice in advance.

My address has changed. Where can I update my data?

Simply directly in your customer account in the 1KOMMA8 online store. Under the category "Address" you can change and save your shipping and billing address at any time.

How can I track the status of my shipment?

When we ship your package, you will receive an email with tracking number and link. If this does not work, please contact us promptly at shop@1komma8.com - we will inform you as soon as possible about the status of your shipment.

Can I have my package delivered to a Packstation or DHL branch?

Yes, that's no problem. This is how delivery to a Packstation works: Enter your first and last name as usual. In addition, enter your postal number, separated by a comma after your last name (you can find this on your DHL customer card or in the DHL app). Enter "Packstation" in the Street field. Enter the three-digit number of your Packstation as the house number. The postal code and city are derived from the location of the Packstation.

For delivery to a store you must: Enter first and last name as usual. Enter "Post office branch" in the Street field and enter the branch number as the house number. The postal code and city are derived from the location of the branch.

Which shipping service provider will my package arrive with?

We send our parcels climate neutral with DHL GoGreen and the corresponding partners in other European countries.

To which countries does 1KOMMA8 ship?

We ship worldwide, except to Austria. Due to changes in the legal framework, we unfortunately do not ship to Austria at the moment. We are working on being able to ship to Austria again soon.

How does your gift certificate work?

You can redeem your digital gift certificate by entering your gift certificate code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field at checkout and clicking "Apply". Your cart total will update automatically. Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to combine multiple gift card codes. The gift voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

How do I redeem discount codes?

If you have a discount code, you can easily enter it in the provided field at checkout. If the code is valid, the discount will be added automatically and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the total. It is not possible to combine multiple discount codes. If you have any problems redeeming your discount code or digital gift certificate, please contact our customer support team by sending an email to shop@1komma8.com.

Can I return my products?

Unfortunately, we can not take back opened products for hygienic reasons. Otherwise, the general right of withdrawal applies. See also the cancellation conditions on our website. The shipping costs for returns of the goods are to be borne by the customer.
