Shipping

Delivery is made via DHL GoGreen or their logistics partners in the destination country. Our packages are insured against loss or damage in transit. Not only our shipping system is sustainable, also our 1KOMMA8 shipping boxes are made of 70% recycled cardboard, are recyclable and FSC certified. They are manufactured in Europe. For our filling material we use paper wool, compostable chips or use leftover shipping material from our raw material orders.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The period for delivery shall commence in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Shipping costs for undeliverable packages

If your package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address or did not accept the package, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment if requested.

How can I pay for 1KOMMA8 products?

Please place your order on the 1KOMMA8 website. You can choose between the following payment methods:

• SEPA direct debit

Creditcard

You also have the option to pay conveniently and without registration by credit card. Your credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order. The payment by credit card is secured by Mollie B.V..

PayPal

To be able to pay via Paypal, you need a free account with Paypal. Paypal then offers you various payment options and also insures all orders up to 500 euros. If you choose the payment method Paypal, you will be redirected to Paypal after the order, where you can log in or register again and choose the desired payment method. Besides the payment with your Paypal balance, payments by credit card and direct debit are also possible. As soon as you have made the payment via Paypal, we will ship your order within the period mentioned below.

Klarna - Purchase on account

From the invoice date you have 14 days to pay your invoice and transfer the payable amount to the Klarna account. The invoice will be issued upon shipment of the goods and sent by email.

Klarna - Sofortüberweisung

With Klarna Sofort you simply complete your order with your online banking data. Immediately afterwards you will receive a transaction confirmation and your order will be processed directly.

Klarna installment purchase

Here's how it works: When paying, select the "Pay in installments" option, then choose the payment plan that suits you. Follow the steps and enter your data. You will immediately know if your installment purchase can be approved. After we ship your order, you will receive an email from Klarna with your payment plan.

Apple Pay

When checking out with Apple Pay, you don't need to manually enter your credit card information or a shipping address. You simply tap the Apple Pay button and verify yourself with Face ID or fingerprint. Apple Pay provides the payment processor with the appropriate information. The credit card information is stored in your Apple Wallet. The invoice amount is collected immediately after receipt of the order.

Delivery times

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed by 12:00 noon on business days are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. However, we are closed on Saturdays.

I have not received my order. What now?

Please write to us at shop@1komma8.comif you still have not received your order after 10 business days.
